Refund Policy

1. Our Guarantee

CinnRank offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with CinnRank for any reason within 14 days of your first payment, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • You request it within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • You have not exceeded 3 audit reports on the paid plan
  • Your account is in good standing and not suspended for policy violations

3. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Issued

  • Refund requests made after 14 days of purchase
  • Accounts that have used more than 3 audits on the paid plan
  • Renewal charges — we send a reminder email 3 days before every renewal, giving you time to cancel
  • Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service

4. Yearly and Multi-Year Plans

For yearly or multi-year plan refund requests made after 14 days, we will issue a pro-rata refund for the unused months remaining on your subscription, minus a 10% processing fee.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at refunds@cinnrank.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your order/payment ID from Razorpay
  • The reason for your refund request (optional but helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

6. Processing Time

  • Credit/Debit cards: 5-7 business days
  • UPI: 2-3 business days
  • Net banking: 5-7 business days
