1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CinnRank, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What CinnRank Does

CinnRank is an AI-powered SEO audit and optimization tool. We analyze websites and provide recommendations to improve search engine rankings. We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements — SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when signing up
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
  • One account per person — creating multiple accounts to abuse the free tier is prohibited
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use CinnRank

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to only audit websites that you own or have explicit permission to analyze. You agree not to:

  • Use CinnRank to audit websites without the owner's permission
  • Resell or redistribute CinnRank reports without written permission
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the CinnRank platform
  • Use automated scripts to abuse the free audit limit
  • Use CinnRank for any illegal purpose

5. Subscription and Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or as per the billing cycle you selected
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay
  • If a payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan after a 3-day grace period
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

7. Intellectual Property

  • CinnRank owns all rights to the platform, its code, design, and AI models
  • You own the data you submit and the reports generated for your websites
  • You may not use the CinnRank name, logo, or branding without written permission

8. Limitation of Liability

CinnRank is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of rankings, revenue, or business resulting from following or not following our recommendations. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or cause harm to other users or the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of CinnRank after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
